Very unimportant but figured I would mention that "tithe" is pronounced with a hard th. Like you were saying "the". Tye-the rather than a light "th".
Hope that makes sense!
The easiest way to found a religion is to just save the $2900 for a great profit, you usually beat the CPU to founding a religion.
I say can’t seem to actually pump out the Religious units I have over 10,000 faith I have 10,000 gold I bought all the buildings all the units are lit up as a choice but when I choose to actually create the unit the religious unit it doesn’t allow me to create it it doesn’t allow me to play in the queue or anything what am I doing wrong
You should do follow-ups to all of these videos where you focus on what specifically has changed since Gathering Storm came out. I certainly know some huge overhauls came in the beliefs, and I would be curious to see if pressure or anything like that has changed as well. Same with the changes that may have come with culture/tourism, etc
Awesome content when i get stuck i always refrence your videos
Never use all the apostles charges then u have a straight up army then u have 3 or 4 gurus follow them into enemy territory and you just keep resupplying gurus and your gravey keep multiple inquistors in your bordering cities along with maybe 1 apostle
what happens if you totally ignore Religion and dont build a single temple or missionary? How will that affect the game and can you still win, lets say on "King" difficulty? I mean if you ignore religion you have more ressources for culture and other districts. Im somewhat missing the deeper comparison here, is it really worth bothering with religion.
All the other civ you tubers look like cucks. Good vid man
Question. Can I win religious victory and not found a religeon?
Your missing a closing parenthese [ ) ] in your civ wiki link; cheers for the vid x
What if you can't buy missionary etc?
So what do inquisitors do? I suspect they can do theological combat similar to an apostle, but what else do they do?
There are four things that make you videos stand out and a pleasant experience to watch. 1. No fake Hollywoodstyle intro, 2. No talking head in the picture, 3. No annoying and often way too loud music, and 4. The sentence “without further ado” after only 14 seconds into the video, and not what is often seen at two-thirds into a video. Very well done and thank you for that.
Thanks, I think this will help me out a lot!
lol, I've just played a game with a religion with the cow icon named Moo Moo
Advance to Crabbe!
Great information. BTW "tithe" is pronounced with the soft "th" as in "there"
Theological combat : "My dad can beat your dad up" disappears
I turn off religious victory, and act like it doesn't exist. It's been my experience that the AI can, and will spam massive amounts of religious units. You have zero chance of keeping up with that. You will lose any religious competition, and your religion is doomed to be an after thought. There's no reason to even try to engage in that part of the game, the AI will over power you every time.
I’m gonna make Islam but more terrorist-y
Didn’t know religo units could heal in holy sites, i thought Gurus were the only way … you learn something new with every Saxy video!!!!
Doesn't mention Stonehenge lol
Tithe is pronounced like "Tie" with a th at the end
