Am I missing something? Not sure I see an ovecollateralization problem for crypto here. If Bitcoin drops enough for the Health Factor to dip below one, the loan is called in, Aave gets their money back and you lose part or all of your original $1,000 USDC/USDT. So you lose, not Aave if things go South. Of course this assumes you cannot withdraw the collateral while the loan is still active, is that true?

I am very green with leverage. What happens if you borrow 4x or 5x and you get liquidated. You invest $1000 so how do they get back the rest of the money you owe? How can they come after their money if you over borrowed and your funds are gone.
< The market is gonna follow the early 2021 rally and end in Crypto winter after may…just a guess tho'. Not a fan of rise and fall anymore! @TechLead I heard that Meta Mask is highly susceptible to being hacked since it is a browser add on wallet. What type of browser and security do you use to make sure you are not hacked?
