Fasting. Prayer. Stoicism. Minimalism. HIIT. I’ve gone from average Joe to Uber Mensch.

With wealth comes more responsibility and stress. Gaining wealth often involves working long stressful hours for a time to accumulate it. Along the way, you'll meet adversaries (which include people who want to kill you) and admirers (which include obsessive stalkers). Wealth doesn't exist in a vacuum. I think low-key wealthy people who have gained their wealth very discreetly and with low stress have it best. The more people know about your wealth, the more grief you'll experience, which will negate some of the upsides of wealth. Many celebrities need to hire security guards who follow them everywhere they go. But that's not to say poverty is better. Overall, wealth is just one aspect among numerous others that contributes to one's level of eudaimonia

There is no mindset that can protect you from the FACT that capitalism is destroying the life support systems of our home planet while slowly poisoning you and your family to death. Marxism is your only salvation. Dig That

Hi! I'm big fan of you but I'm not an English speaker. Could you add some english subtitles? It would be so easier for me to understand everything. Love from Poland!

This journey I have been on has proved itself to take me on the correct path day after day. Literally. I can remember for the last few months one thing each day, if not more. All it took was a slight change and thinking positively has become so much easier for me. Some examples. This virus has led me to writing, writing led to an invitation on talking about philosophy, I realized why I watched Star Wars so much last night, then I was trying to think about this word Stoicism before bed. As I woke to this video. I appreciate what you guys do. I found your show in December and in these few months, I’ve lost some friends but made new, lost some things, gained fulfillment. I can’t thank you enough!
