I hate cheap screwdrivers, if you screw something more than twice a year, get decent ones from ifixit or your hardware store.
Anthony knows what he is talking about. Man just pulled out KZ, you're a legend.
Would you consider testing cables from AliExpress? They sell supercheap cables that claim to be "USB 3.2 PD 100W" capable. I'd love to see a test of those.
That was a very neat and accurate way to compare low quality headphones with the shitty scooped out mid tones to good headphones.
there should be an easy way to test USB and HDMI cables worldwide
I have several of those 3 triple a lights. Bought at gas stations, dollar stores, etc. Several are on their third set of batteries, all came with batteries, for a few bucks you can't beat these.
loo, your "control" headphones are like the best non studio grade headphones, to be fair most headphones gonna sound like ass in comparison
the extra bass headphones sounded like one speaker was even wired backwards , or out of phase.
Sunbeam alkaline batteries at Dollar Tree are a great deal. I would also see snacks in $1 bags around twice the size of $0.79 bags I would see in supermarket checkouts.
Really cool to see a video that’s very practical and can apply to literally almost everyone.
ANthony is the best. Bro try an all meat diet I think you'll be surprised 🙂

Believe it or not just plain old rabbit ear antenna is better than any of the regular digital antennas you can buy most of the time. I tried all the indoor antennas from $10 – $150 against them and they in most cases did better than the real ones or the same. The rabbit ear antenna I am talking about is just two retractable metal antenna hinged on a plastic snap post. Not the rabbit ears with the plastic base or even the wire loop combo. Those old style rabbit ears beat most of the so called boosted antennas and a little under half of the normal and performed equally to the rest of the normal gain antennas. For something that is no where near digital, they did just as well as any digital antenna I had put them up against.

Corsair HS35 PC, PS4, Xbox One Headset
Check these out. Cost me £40 cos I was a bit strapped when needing a replacement for my broken one. Ended up loving them. For the money they are fire!
its so strange seeing dollarama branded stuff on youtube
Giant tiger gaming section is something to investigate too
Harborfreight sells a 65 lumen flashlight with 145ft throw for usd$8 thats actually pretty epic if youre looking for a cheap good flashlight
Tiny tip re: closing a telescoping magnet picker upper or antenna:
Do not put your palm on the head and push down! There's a very good chance you'll bend the telescoping tube. Instead, hold the base and with your other hand, reach up to the first joint between sections, and using your fingers pull it down almost to the base. Continue until all sections are almost all the way down, then gently push the head down to the base.
if all you are looking for is a spare charge cable most of those usb cables are fine, but things get a touch wonky regarding data transfer and they downright fail on anything requiring perfect transmission
I actually have the flashlight, I swear by it! I don't want to pull out my phone at night to pick up after my puppers and the flashlight does just fine!
You’re going bald by the way
14:15 Looks to me like the HDMI cable’s Ethernet capability was tested at Gigabit, not fast Ethernet speeds. Can someone confirm that’s what’s happening?
If so, it needs to be explained that the cable did in fact claim to offer that speed, because HDMI 1.4 specs stated 100Mbs from what I see.
It failed regardless, yes, but it would still be playing fast and loose with the fact if you have your test configured to 10x the spec and then exclaim how spectacularly it failed to meet that aspect. Again not certain, just what I think it appears to be.
IN ANTHONY WE TRUST!!!
He needs a nick name. I was thinking like, Tony something. Maybe Tony Fingers? idk why Fingers, but it sounds neat
This man reminds me of the smartest kid I went to school with. Just something about how they both speak, that just says "I know my shit, I am smart, I did my research, and did I mention, I know my shit."
Soon as I see dude is in the video, I click.

Yay!! I love Anthony!
I distrust cheap power adapters too since most don’t do a good job at smoothing out the power. Also just want to add that HarborFreight is a good place for inexpensive microdrivers and most standard security bits.
I wish you would let us pay you to test our cables.
While many would crap on dollar store tools, consider these use cases: 1) Entry level: when you're not wanting to dive in to a particular hobby enough to buy the expensive pro level tools, but need a place to get started 2) Thrashing tools: there are delicate jobs that require good quality pro tools, and jobs that are rough and thrashy that might damage the good quality tools. Good to have a second set of tools you don't care about wrecking or getting dirty 3) a second cheaper set for people who "borrow" tools without asking, particularly if they are known for stripping screwdrivers. Let them use the cheap crap, or buy them a set of cheap crap.
Bro im using those earbuds rn cuz a lost mine
You're looking good my man! I've also enjoyed seeing your camera presence become more natural and professional.
I love Anthony's videos. I might be biased, but the man's so entertaining and informative.
Disappointed the opportunity to confuse everyone by over using the terms loonies and twonies wasn't used more.
One thing I've found consistent with the dollar store is it's a variety shop. You can't really go there with the expectation of looking for something in particular unless you go in like every day and scope out the inventory. It's constantly changing. Sometimes you'll find really quality purchases, and sometimes you'll buy things with the expectation that it's good, but it will be garbage. The prices are also changing too. Quality stuff might cost you as much as $5.54 where as absolutely cheap stuff might cost you $.50 cents the average price jumped to $1.35 from $1.
Listening on $4 dollarstore headphones "the control and my headphones sound the same SeemsGood
The telescoping magnet is great for adding an alligator clip/roach clip and passing a joint around without getting out of your seat.✌
I bought some $5 headphones at dollar tree and they sound amazing, block out noise fairly well and get pretty loud. Also super light and I've been using them at the beach and in the rain for 2 weeks and they're still going strong. I recharge every night but they never go below 40%, long battery life
I usually buy my keyboard at the dollar store or action. So I can smash it when I keep getting owned in online games.
Question: What is the song you heard when testing the headphones?
Many years ago, a cousin of mine was getting married. They had asked me to photograph their wedding, and I had agreed. I ended up bringing the camera, but the extra batteries were left on the counter at home.
Fortunately, I had my adapter, so I popped across to the dollar store and picked up a pack of cheap batteries. They took three photos before completely dying. I put in the second set I had purchased, took another three photos and the camera died again.
With no regard for my pocketbook, and VERY concerned about making the entire wedding and reception; I ran back across the street and bought them entirely out of their batteries, upgrading to alkaline cells as they were nearly out of the cheapies.
I photographed the entire wedding. Hundreds of photos. I changed out flash cards repeatedly, but a single set of alkaline lasted the rest of the day and most of the evening. I passed out packs of those stupid batteries like cough drops at a flu convention. Still took me more than a year to get rid of them all.
I have NEVER forgotten the lesson of matching the power source to the technology since then.
